Canal du Midi - Part 2

On our way to the supermarket we drove down this street in Capestang and loved the artwork on this apartment block. That is a plain straight wall that has been painted to give the 3D illusion of a beautiful courtyard and multiple buildings. The artist is Emile Maurel who came to live in Capestang in 1928.
